It is Finished

The sentencing hearing was this morning. The defendant was sentenced to a flat 20 year term on the 2nd Degree Aggravated Murder Charge. This means that he has to serve all 20 years. There is no possibility of him receiving an early release.

The family and friends who attended were all satisfied with the judge's decision.
